THE MOTHER HOUSE
For the mother house (Lapland Dream 1) the following prices are calculated depending on the season and number of persons:

BOOKING REQUEST

USEFUL INFORMATION
DEPOSIT
When booking we ask for 20 percent of the rental price as a deposit. 6 weeks before the start of the holiday we are happy to receive the total amount. For trips booked from the 44rd day before the start of the trip, we ask you to transfer the total amount.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
The house is available from 17:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.
If you would like other arrival or departure times, please contact us.
Outside the absolute high season, which is from mid-December to mid-March, we can make many things possible.
MINIMUM OCCUPANCY
The minimum occupancy for both houses is 2 persons each.
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
The minimum length of stay for our two houses is 5 days each.
PAYMENT
The house rent is paid by invoice, as well as the excursions. Last minute excursions can also be paid by credit card/ cash.
Kaisa will settle the excursions with you upon your requests before arrival, so you don’t need to worry about them anymore on the spot.
EXTRAS
In general, you pay a basic price which is valid for 2 persons per week. For each additional person you pay a certain surcharge per week depending on the season. You can find more details in our price table.
PETS
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
NON-SMOKERS
Our houses are non-smoking houses.
CANCELLATIONS
We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Until 55 days before start of journey 20%.
Until 54-45 days before start of journey 50%.
From 44 days before start of journey 100%.
